We are looking for

Confident & friendly Community Associate who has the ability to greet members and guests with open arms and welcome them into the DOJO community. You are the first point of contact our guests and members reach out to for answers to their questions. Deliver excellent day-to-day support and facilitate connections between community members.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive members and guests
  • Member registration and payment
  • Answering queries and incoming calls
  • Handle postages and courier services
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence (mails & parcels)
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Ensuring the offices/pantry/lounge and reception area are well maintained at all times
  • Assist members and guests with applications, printing and WiFi connectivity
  • Event planning, coordination and space setup
  • Facilities maintenance
  • Basic support maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure

Requirements

  • Empathetic and customer oriented – You understand what it’s like to be in our members shoes
  • Dedicated and diligent work ethic – You demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility and accountability
  • Strong command of the English language (fluency in other languages are a bonus!)
  • Able to organize and manage time efficiently
  • University graduates strongly preferred
  • Must have administrative experience in some capacity
  • Must understand facilities maintenance (we have a handyman who does the physical work)
  • Front desk/reception understanding and experience is great to have
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • IT knowledge, understanding and experience is good to have

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
