  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title : Chemical Processor

Location : Loyang Lane, Singapore

Working days : 5 days work week / 2 week rotate shift / 7.30am to 4.50pm | 7.30pm to 4.50am

Salary package : Basic SGD1500-SGD1600 + Attendance Incentive + Shift Allowance

Qualifications :

  • Welcome fresh graduates from technical school
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to work in chemical / hot environment
  • Able to manually loft heavy parts
  • Does not need relevant experience
  • Prefer to have experience working in manufacturing / aerospace / oil and gas industry

Duties : Chemical Processor

  • Check part tags and verify part numbers upon receipt of parts for cleaning. Review work scope, manual and SPOP specifications for correct process and solutions. Segregate parts for different processes. Select proper fixtures for processing.
  • Hand clean small parts as required and use protective gloves, masks, shields, and coats.
  • Operate Boogie oven for drying of parts after cleaning process.
  • Verify chemical analysis report prior to using the process tank.
  • Understand and able to operate Kircher Steam Jet machine.
  • Perform degreasing of parts by aqueous clean, Steam Jet Clean and Acetone wipe clean.
  • Remove RTA rubber on stator shroud and use plastic blast to remove residual rubber on the parts.
  • Perform Various Blasting processes such as Grit blast, Plastic blast and Glass bead blast on engine parts.
  • Perform basic blasting machine maintenance, including dust collector cleaning.
  • Assist team members during new solution make up, Discard old process solution and Top up chemical when necessary.
  • Perform chemical processes eg. Alkaline Derust & Descale & Clean; Alkaline Rust Remover and Acidic Descaling; Removal of Polyurethane, Acrylic and Epoxy paints; Removal of Oxysulfide; Removal of Thermal Spray Coating; Cleaning Internal Lube Oil Tubes.
  • Assist maintenance personnel by monitoring and replacing filters for spray at regular intervals. Monitor and highlight if exhaust and Dehumidifier is not functioning properly.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
