Job Description
- Maintain and manage the executive’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Arrange meetings, including booking venues, sending invitations, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary documents are ready.
- Organize, manage, and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring the executive can easily access important information.
- Monitor and track personal and business expenses for the executive.
- Handle personal tasks for the executive, including shopping, event planning, reservations, and other ad hoc errands.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information regarding the executive’s personal and professional matters.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives that the executive is involved in, providing support such as research, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties, including staff, clients, and business partners.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Full-time position is available.
