The Role:
This role supports the team in implementing and maintaining quality processes to ensure that our products consistently meet industry standards. He/She plays a crucial part in conducting audits, analysing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties:
- To support and leading the Department to fulfil quality objectives and ensure the regulatory requirements are met.
- To involve in internal and external GMP / GDPMD auditing
- To participate in handling monitoring, non-conformances, deviations and change control.
- To assist in ensuring the Company's Quality Management Systems are implemented, maintained and continuously improved to comply with PIC/S , USFDA, cGMP
- To coordinate and participate in the initiation, execution, follow up and CAPA closures of Suppliers monitoring the performance of approved Suppliers and maintenance of the quality standards of Suppliers.
- To perform Qualified Personnel's role and to review, verify and sign off the testing I analytical reports / batch manufacturing document and release / reject of material for use in production and finished product for sale with delegation from the Head of Department.
- To review validation documents and improve control procedures.
- To perform annual product quality review.
- To implement, coordinate and carry out site wide GMP Training program.
- To involve technical documentation required for Product Registration Regulatory submission.
- Any other project / assignment that will be advised / directed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science
- 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Team player with good analytical skill & good application of knowledge and experience in QA/QC
- Good command of English, communication and interpersonal skills
