Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile sales professional capable of performing both "farmer" and "hunter" roles. This individual will have a background in enterprise IT solution sales and will be responsible for supporting revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telco enterprise sector under the guidance of senior sales managers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and market analysis.

Client Acquisition and Development:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.

Account Management:

  • Support the management of a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify additional sales opportunities and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.

Market and Industry Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the telco sector.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in enterprise IT solution sales (applications).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supporting revenue growth.
  • Experience in both "farmer" and "hunter" sales roles, with the ability to balance account management and new business development.
  • Basic understanding of the telco industry and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
