Key Responsibilities:

Costing & Pricing Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed costing analysis for various hospital services and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost allocation models, ensuring that all direct and indirect costs are accounted for.
  • Analyze pricing structures and recommend adjustments to optimize revenue without compromising on quality of care.
  • Prepare financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes on profitability and competitiveness.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes at the management level.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Support the development of the hospital’s annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to gather data and provide financial guidance.
  • Assist in the financial evaluation of new services, projects, or investments.

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferred with at least 2 years in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in costing and pricing analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of hospital finance, including costing methodologies and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
