Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage a range of moderately complex supply chain processes, including logistics and order management, as well as import/export operations, typically within a large or complex global business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Oversee logistics and order management processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly review performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure high accuracy of acquired data.
  • Task Execution: Independently execute assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with different business units to maintain and enhance current business processes, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be open to performing additional tasks assigned by your Manager/Team Lead, demonstrating a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid workspace.
  • Must be able to travel ONSITE three days a week.

Experience:

  • Typically requires 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain function or a related field.
