Task/Responsibility:
- To assist customer and provide good customer service experience to customer.
- Escalate customer complaints and compliments in timely manner.
- Provide immediate solution and channel issues to the right platforms if possible.
- Replying email and live chats, minimum numbers for picking up phone calls.
Qualifications:
- The highest education level must at least SPM
- Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
