  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Collecting and reviewing necessary documentation from merchants, such as business licenses, incorporation documents, financial statements, and ownership information
  • Responsible for conducting thorough merchant KYB screening, including business name screening and business GPS location accuracy
  • Improving and optimizing merchant KYB screening processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure that the merchant KYB screening and onboarding process are completed within the designated SLA timeframe
  • Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle inquiries and troubleshooting of related issues
  • Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs
