  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their concern on
  • Registration on P Miles Card
  • Customer Data Update
  • To service and assist customers the solve the problems by providing the right solution.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Proficiency in English & BM in both written & spoken
  • Minimum SPM with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Minimum 19 years old, maximum 40 years old

BASIC SALARY: RM1,900 to RM2,000 + KPI Allowance RM300 (Normal Speaker)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months contract with respective employment, thereafter renewable is on yearly basis (solely depend on performance, attendance & discipline)

WORKING HOURS :

  • Mondays to Fridays 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Sat, Sun and PH : 9.00am – 5.00pm

WORK LOCATION: TM Annexe, Bangsar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
