Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1) Lead Generation

  • Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and prospects in order to identify business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makers
  • Propose, develop and leverage on digital content on all of the company’s platforms in order to generate leads.

2) Support Business Development Activities

  • Support the company's Business Development team to follow up on sales opportunities in order to secure business and close sales.
  • Track and update everyday business development activities of sales opportunities into the company's internal systems.
  • Assist in sales and marketing processes such as client communications, appointment setting and development of proposals.
  • Assist in the market positioning of the company’s area of services based on intensive market and competitor research.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers).

3) Support Systems and Processes:

  • Provide research, administrative and analytical support for Business Development departments.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement projects within the company such as updating of Standard Operating Procedures, tools and template development, and process streamlining.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in B2B roles will be an advantage.

  • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
