What you’ll do

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the strategy and end-to-end recruitment process on how to creatively hire top talent. For the right individual, there is also an opportunity to lead a team of Recruiters, while also contributing to the strategy for the Asia-Pacific region, in alignment with overall business strategy and Chapter 2’s global growth objectives. You will become a true partner to the client’s internal talent teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.

You will be hand-picked for our client’s individual business needs and embedded into their organisation. You will get to the root of challenges through close and collaborative relationships built for success.

You will be armed with market leading recruitment technology

You will be given licenses to our extensive market leading technology stack. You will help clients make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent- where they’re located, employed by, what their salaries and demographics are.

Who you are

  • You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and be experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets at all levels of a business
  • Extensive experience, preferably within a fast-paced company hiring Mid/Senior Level technical and corporate roles
  • Involvement in scoping out recruitment processes and working with managers to develop workforce plans
  • A natural ability to teach and coach others, having taught people how to recruit, as well as enhanced existing skills through coaching to make them better all-round Partners.
  • Exceptional client or senior stakeholder management as well as project management skills.
  • Passion for continued improvement whether that’s of the business, your partnerships, your team or yourself.
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of the bigger picture.
  • Hands on leader who get's stuck in and will work tirelessly to see their teams succeed.
  • Quality reporting.
  • A team player and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
