- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the heavy construction equipment - Excavator.
- Proven experience in a sales role within the construction equipment parts industry
- Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Excavator Market and industry-specific dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers or attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.
