Title : Recruiter
Location : Seremban
Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Client Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with client companies, understanding their recruitment needs, company culture, and specific role requirements.
- Serve as a consultant to clients, advising on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
- Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, and databases) to identify potential candidates.
- Build a network of talent and maintain a talent pool to quickly respond to client needs.
Screening and Selection
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with the client’s requirements.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and present them to the client, coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
Negotiations and Offer Management
- Handle salary negotiations and communicate job offers to successful candidates.
- Manage the offer acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee for the client company.
Relationship Building and Follow-up
- Maintain ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with candidates post-placement to ensure they are settling into their new role effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
