  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Executive cum Interviewer to embark on an exciting journey to meet with Successful Personality in Indonesia to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes conducting interview, documenting the achievements and presenting the personality our exclusive range of products offering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Invite personalities for interviews using various communication channels.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities for interview invitations through networking and social media.

- Schedule and conduct interviews with personalities in Indonesia based on BPH standardized questionnaires.

- Conduct a minimum of 10-15 interviews monthly, both virtually and face-to-face.

- Present and offer products to personalities.

- Draft biographies and other relevant information in our CRM system.

- Follow up with personalities for biography confirmation.

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Admin team to meet both personal and company targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree from any field

- 3 years of proven experience in journalism and sales

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

- Fast Learner and passion for sales

- Strong writing, interpersonal , communication & listening skills.

- Ambition & Drive

- Willingness to accept responsibility & to embrace work challenges

- Self motivated & able to work independently

- Prefer Indonesian applicants
