The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market development in Asia-Pacific region, get project dynamics in the regional market,cooperating with owners and EPCs to participate in project bidding;
  • Focus on cultivating and enhancing clients relationships with Owner/EPC in the Asia Pacific region to facilitate smooth business development;
  • Acting as main contact interface for key accounts, ensuring the accuracy of information delivery, responding quickly to customer needs, and providing efficient solutions.
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing the market trends of customers and competitors to provide strong support for the formulation of sales strategy.
  • Follow up and manage the bidding projects, ensure the smooth process of the projects and reach the annual sales target.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Electrical or language related disciplines. Experienced in key account management or business development.
  • Over 4 years of proven track record in Regional Market development, Key Account Managerment, Client relationships and Regional Sales.
  • Background in the renewable energy sector or related engineering project development (preferred).
  • Highly organized, project-driven and time-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, good team player, able to work independently as well as play an active role in a team.
