About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with the HR Business Leader, guiding the transformation journey to align our global business services with Haleon’s long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Succession Planning & Talent Management: Develop diverse talent pipelines, guide leadership teams on succession, and drive proactive workforce planning to ensure future capabilities.
  • Leadership Development: Coach senior leaders to build high-performing teams and help them succeed in their people management responsibilities.
  • Cultural Development: Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), fostering a workplace culture that inspires employees to "Go Beyond" and "Keep It Human."
  • Organizational Design & Development: Lead structural and change management initiatives, driving efficiency and helping leaders implement transformational people agendas.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharma sectors.
  • Proven track record in handling multi-market complexities and driving HR strategy across global teams.

  • A trusted partner and coach, capable of influencing at all levels and fostering long-term growth.
