- A profound knowledge of dental workflows at dental laboratories and dental clinics, extensive experience in digital workflow from scanning to postproduction.
- Able to work independently and within compliance environment.
- Promote and train organisation’s products within an assigned geographic area to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and market growth,
- This role will cover parts of the following portfolio: laboratory scanners, CAD & CAM design software and hardware for laboratories and chairside applications, milling and printing applications, sintering, guided surgery, intra oral scanners.
- To provide technical support for all our digital customers.
- To provide full support for commercial teams to achieved their digital devices sales target.
- Organize appointments and meet with prospective customers, masters technical/ clinical, dental schools and administrative product information and/or demonstrations and quotes appropriate customer prices.
- Demonstrate and present digital products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and dentist assistant.
- Provide digital product education, product consultation and training to customers, including product presentation and public relation.
- Provide support to sales force in promoting and selling all Straumann digital devices, hardware or software.
- Responsible in managing digital set up each key account working closely with sales team.
- Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings focusing on digital.
- Attend company meetings, technical data presentation and briefing.
- Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support on Straumann Group’s customers who purchased Straumann digital devices.
- Provide training to all sales team on digital devices on product demo and detailing on hardware and software.
- Provide training to digital Sales Specialist and Digital Champion on installation, operation and maintenance on all our digital devices.
- To train digital sales specialist and digital champion to be the 1st level support in their country.
- To support Straumann’s lab partner on the digital workflow and responsible on CAD/CAM devices on the installation and operation in customers lab.
- To identify and create business opportunity with DSO’s on setting up digital lab within their organization.
- To provide Co-Diagnostix, Cares Visual and any other software to our customers.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in dental industry or medical device industry, implant relevant is high priority.
- Multinational companies working experience is preferred.
- Customer oriented, team player, agile, embrace change, adapt proactively, have a “can-do” attitude.
- Must possess problem solving skills, must be resourcefully innovative to tackle technically problem that arises in customer premises.
- CAD/CAM experiences will be added advantages.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English – Speak and writes, Able to speak other languages are added advantages.
