  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Renovation Process

  • Allign with Creative and Design Department (CDD) for the Pitstop/Signboard Design.
  • To ensure the contractor follow Corporate lmage(Cl).
  • Finding the comparison cost atleast trom2l3 contractor and choose/NEGO for the best price.
  • To compile allthe documentation for utilities/license needed for the application and submission.
  • Request fire extinguisher with supplier for new Pitstop.

2. Maintenance

Responsible for completing maintenance tasks to repair appliances and preserve the quality of a facility.

  • Performing quality checks on air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Checking and responding to security and safety issues
  • Keeping documents of inspections and problems
  • Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
  • Monitoring maintenance company vehicle.

3.Asset Management

  • Tagging all the company asset.

4.Licencse/Permit / insurance

  • Monitoring and renew the business license/permit / car and building insurance <30 days before expired.

5. Other task

  • Any tasks request by superior.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have valid driving license.
  • Must have wiring and electrical experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
