Job Description

Team Leadership and Development:

Supervise and lead a team of collections specialists by setting performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching to improve skills and productivity.

Operations Management

Manage daily collections activities, including account management, payment negotiations, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Strategy And Process Implementation

Develop and implement effective collections strategies to boost recovery rates and reduce overdue accounts. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.

Reporting And Analysis

Prepare reports on team performance, collections activities, and account statuses. Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.

Process Improvement

Identify and lead initiatives for improving operational efficiencies and processes, incorporating new tools and technologies to enhance collections effectiveness.

Customer Interaction And Relationship Management

Handle escalated cases and complex customer interactions, providing high-level support and ensuring positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to resolve account issues and align strategies for cohesive collections and customer management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in collections within Shared Services industry, with experience managing teams (MUST HAVE)


Working Shift

  • Daylight Saving: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM MYT
  • Non-Daylight Saving: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM MYT
