Description

  • Lead calibration, validation, and maintenance of instrumentation and metering systems (e.g., Pressure/Temperature Transmitters, densitometers, turbine meters).
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and internal regulations (e.g., e-PTW and manual PTW).
  • Analyze metering data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate measurement of crude oil and gas flow.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to optimize performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on system performance and calibration outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead commissioning of new instrumentation systems.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in instrumentation and metering systems, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with PLCs, Gas Chromatography, DBB valves, and safety-critical systems management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in calibration, validation, and metering systems.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
