As a Senior Network Supply Manager, you will develop and lead a comprehensive HBM strategy as part of a global team across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations.

In this role, you will implement the global supply and inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategies, identifying necessary resources, and developing communication channels and tools.

You will contribute to supply strategy development by understanding current and future HBM needs, analyzing market and company trends, benchmarking standard methodologies, and finding opportunities for process, system, and product/service improvements. This includes conducting Supplier Capacity Utilization analysis, ensuring supply assurance, and demand fulfillment to optimize prioritization and efficiency. You will prioritize and drive implementation based on estimated timing and efficiency gains.

Additionally, you will ensure departmental compliance with company policies and procedures and provide leadership with input on department strategies, processes, and policies through active participation in teams and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier key point of contact for supply execution.
  • Define Materials Buy rule and implement to buy rule. Owner for PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and raw material liability
  • Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team.
  • Lead supply fungibility across network.
  • Lead cross-functional team and significant company-to-company critical issues; support partner concerns for assigned suppliers as needed
  • Conduct Supplier Capacity Analysis and Manufacturing Lead Time studies to improve supply assurance and provide bottleneck resolution.
  • Publish forecast to supplier on weekly basis
  • Be the owner of supply shortage resolution.
  • Supplier product /process EOL management
  • Build and develop materials specific supply execution strategy, include Materials and Key Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness.
  • Prepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR commercial meeting.
  • Participate in MST meeting
  • Monthly survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD/OTD metric review.
  • Responsible for Info record Lead time update on monthly basis
  • Quarterly Negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Lead time
  • Lead for BKM and drive improvement by implementing various measures to increase efficiency
  • SME for system and tools and process

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:
  • Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Related field of study



Experiences

Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain



Qualifications

  • Validated analytical and problem-solving approach and skills.
  • Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management.
  • Innovative and collaboration focused.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.
