Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Infrastructure, Database Management, Enterprise MS/Office 365, various internal systems, Asset Management, and Manufacturing IoT Management. This role ensures the efficient operation, security, and reliability of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure; ensure reliability, performance, and security; manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Database Management: Maintain databases for data integrity, security, and availability; handle performance tuning and troubleshooting; develop policies and standards.
  • Enterprise MS/Office 365: Administer and support Enterprise Microsoft and Office 365 environments; oversee integration, user management, and security settings.
  • Internal Systems Management: Manage ERP, CRM, and other business applications; ensure timely updates and patches; collaborate with departments to address system needs.
  • Asset Management: Oversee IT asset management including procurement, tracking, and disposal; maintain accurate inventory; develop and enforce policies.
  • Manufacturing IoT Management: Integrate and manage IoT devices in manufacturing; ensure security and reliability; collaborate with teams for operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team; foster collaboration and innovation; conduct performance evaluations.
  • Budget and Vendor Management: Develop and manage the IT budget; manage vendor relationships; ensure cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, database management, and Enterprise MS/Office 365.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.
  • Proven experience in IT asset management and Manufacturing IoT management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or resolve issues.
  • Some physical activities such as lifting and moving IT equipment.
