Key responsibilities:
1. Improve the factory's financial management system, and conduct overall control over the daily management, annual budget, and fund operations of the financial department.
2. According to the company's medium and long-term business plan, organize the preparation of the company's annual budget work and control standards decompose indicators, and implement the budget responsibilities of each cost centre.
3. Establish and maintain a financial accounting system, formulate corresponding financial accounting systems and methods, and check the quality of financial accounting work.
4. Organize monthly financial daily accounting work, check and review accounting vouchers, cost accounting materials, etc.
5. Participate in the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and other financial data, and report to the leadership of the group headquarters in a timely manner.
6. Organize and report the company's fund usage plan on a regular basis every week, coordinate fund arrangements with the group's financial centre based on the approved usage plans, and strictly follow the internal payment control process.
7. Responsible for reviewing the company's monthly taxes, social security declaration forms, and various statistical data that need to be reported to the government.
8. Responsible for reviewing cash inventory, bank balance reconciliation statements, inventory forms, fixed assets inventory forms, etc.
9. Establish and maintain good relationships with Malaysian local finance, taxation, banking, and other relevant government departments and accounting firms, and other relevant intermediary institutions.
10. Participate in the completion acceptance of factory engineering projects. Strictly follow the asset acceptance process to accurately reflect the project status.
