Milk Tea Shop Manager
1. Store operation management
Be fully responsible for the daily operation of the milk tea shop, including personnel arrangement, material management, inventory monitoring, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the store. Supervise the beverage production process to ensure product quality and consistency.
2. Employee management
Recruit, train and manage employees, formulate work schedules, arrange working hours reasonably, and ensure that employees arrive on time. Motivate employees, resolve internal conflicts, and ensure efficient cooperation and a good working atmosphere of the team.
3. Customer service management
Supervise and improve the customer service level of the store to ensure that every customer can receive high-quality service. Handle customer complaints and feedback, solve problems in a timely manner, and maintain the good reputation of the store.
4. Sales and performance management
Analyze sales data, formulate and implement sales strategies, and promote turnover growth. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, set sales targets, and ensure that the established performance indicators are met.
5. Inventory and cost control
Monitor inventory to ensure that the raw materials in the store are sufficient but not excessive to avoid waste. Control procurement costs and other operating expenses to ensure maximum profit for the store.
6. Hygiene and Safety Management
Ensure that the store meets food safety and hygiene standards, supervise employees to comply with hygiene regulations, and regularly check the cleanliness and safety of equipment and environment. Deal with food safety related issues to avoid affecting the store's reputation.
7. Promotion and Marketing
Participate in the store's marketing activities, plan and implement promotional activities, and increase brand awareness and sales. Adjust store products and services according to market and customer needs.
8. Financial Management
Responsible for the store's cash register and account records, ensuring the accuracy of cash and other payment methods. Regularly count funds to ensure that the accounts are clear and consistent with the actual situation.
9. Reporting and Communication
Report to superiors on the store's operating status, financial situation and sales performance. Communicate with suppliers, headquarters or other departments
1. Educational requirements
Generally, a college degree or above is required, and catering management, business administration or related majors are preferred.
2. Work experience
More than 2 years of relevant work experience is required, including at least 1 year of experience in a management position.

Strong team management and leadership skills, able to effectively motivate and guide employees, and create a good team atmosphere.
4. Communication skills
