Sales Assistant (Amazon Web Services)
- Support Daily Department Operations: Provide comprehensive assistance with daily administrative tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of contracts, forms, and other documents, enhancing overall internal operational efficiency.
- Coordinate Accounts Receivable Management: Collaborate with the business team to actively follow up on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure smooth cash flow. Assist in managing accounting-related tasks and ensure financial discipline is upheld.
- Project and Supervisor-Assigned Tasks: Proactively undertake and complete various projects and tasks assigned by supervisors, adapt to diverse challenges, and continuously develop a broad range of professional skills.
