  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Main tasks and responsilities

  • Assist for job execution such as preparing spare part, engaging manpower and transportation
  • To handle the documentation of in and out spare part or inventory from workshop
  • To work with account for final invoice of service work
  • To work with logistics department for service equipment or new unit shipment
  • To work with Team Leader for the documentation of Workshop or Service SOP
  • Follow up with customer before service job execution to confirm the schedule
  • Assist in service documentation handling especially on document storing, filing and sorting
  • Work with supplier for consumables and tools purchasing
  • Process spare parts orders
  • Follow up on supplier/factory order delivery to ensure timely receipt of orders
  • Perform all Logistics related functions including review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents such as Shipping Instructions, Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists & etc
  • To execute any ad hoc task given by superior

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Positive working attitude and able to work in team
  • Willingness and ability to manage deadlines
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong
  • Good working knowledge of English

Remark: 6 months contract
