• Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
• Researching and gathering information on potential customers and market trends
• Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Following up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Keeping accurate records of all sales and customer interactions using our CRM system
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement telemarketing campaigns and strategies
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
