Key Duties

The primary role is to perform treatments to CHI standards, always maintaining a professional and high-quality level of service whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their spa experience. To epitomize the essence of CHI with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guest expectation. They must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all treatments/packages offered to the guests as well as service procedures.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Spa Therapy, CIBTAC, Cedesco, SKM, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in 5-star hotel/resort standard spas or related fields of beauty and wellness.
  • Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is an advantage.
  • Due to work pass restriction, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
