Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop and manage Maybank Loyalty Redemption Programme and execute initiatives to further drive our Cardmembers to continue spending and stay engaged via the Loyalty Programme with a focus on digital adoption.
  • Responsible for evaluation of existing loyalty programme performance, optimization and investigates opportunities in order to recommend strategies that drive cardmember engagement to increase cardmember stickiness with Maybank Cards.
  • Identify new strategic business partnership with leading organizations, valued merchants or super brands and key Urban Malls
  • Develop & introduce distinct, innovative & exciting deals/campaigns or value proposition for range of credit cards to attract new billings and cardmembers.
  • Management of Loyalty Redemption programmes, Budget, Marketing campaigns and strategic communications for the online redemption, treats fair and tactical points burning programme / campaigns.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possesses at least a Degree in Marketing or any relevant field with relevant exposure in Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic orientation – able to plan, execute and lead team members to achieve the goals set by Management.
  • Result driven and able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
  • Customer centricity – pleasant customer service skills, responsiveness to service request.
  • Exposure in Marketing environment or experience in handling or in charge of sales / Marketing plans.
