Job Requirements for KITCHEN & SERVICE CREW:
+ Citizen Malaysia
+ 18 Years and above
+ SPM/O-Level certification or equivalent
+ Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
+ Experience in F&B line will be added advantage
+ Self-motivated, responsible, adaptable, hardworking
+ Team players. Required to work in teams to get their work completed in a standard of the code in preparing quality food.
+ Good Knowledge on Kitchen Flow, kitchen Cleanliness & Personal Hygiene
+ Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
+ Willing to work in KLCC area
Kitchen Crew - Job Responsibilities :
- Assist Prepare mise en place
- Assist head chef/chef assistant in food preparation
- Assist prepare food as the customer orders
- Responsible for cleanliness in the kitchen- clean up & maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Maintain Hygiene standard while handling food
Service Crew - Job Responsibilities :
- Guest reception, guide, ordering, maintenance service area and working area.
- Mise en Place for the service area
- Welcome Guest
- Assign table
- Tableside ordering
- Service
- Check up the dirty dishes
- Communicate order with kitchen staff
- Delivery and Collect check bill
- Cleaning up Service area
