Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Worker at Women’s Aid Organisation. We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our dedicated team at Women’s Aid Organisation, a leading non-governmental organisation based in Selangor, Malaysia. We are committed to advocating for women's rights and combating violence against women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to assess their needs and provide supportive interventions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans in consultation with clients, ensuring tailored support.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
