Job Description

  • Data Entry and managing the order management.
  • Ensure operating and safety guidelines within the warehouse.
  • To be responsible for supervising a team to carry out task assigned and routine tasks effectively and efficiently complete with feedback according to planning and KPI in line with the management objectives.
  • Administration, human resources & support as below:
  • Preparing overtime claims, monitoring daily staff’s attendance and absenteeism, preparing medical reimbursement and expenses claims, staffs annual leave & MC records daily.
  • Preparing reports for DC Management on the labor a, non-trade, and DC transportation costs.
  • Monitoring and ordering of non-trade stocks; packing materials, labels & stationery etc. Also control of stocks being used by DC (internal use) responsible and ensure all DC non-trade items/goods received are with quotation and an approved PO by DC Manager and monitoring of all Invoices received and submitted to finance for payment. Responsible for QAJ/Store Used for DC.
  • Store used– any items needed to be taken out for warehouse use can only be done with the approval from DC Manager
  • To prepare and follow up on the claims of shortages and damages against west & east transporters.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/STPM/diploma, bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Required skills: MS Office, computer skills, leadership, management, analytical, and teamwork.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work on the 2 or 3 shifts rotation with a 6 days per week including public holidays or weekend.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Hardworking, committed, and smart work.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Team player, supportive and forthcoming in cooperation to the team lead and motivate a team of staff.
  • Preferably non-executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
