Participating in medication therapy management programs and other clinical services as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy Eligibility to apply for Poison A license Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions and contraindications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
