Job description and responsibility: 1)担当销售助理职责,协助领导完成进口收货,协助销售人员发货给客户; Act as the sales assistant, assist the leader to complete the goods import and receiving, assist the sales to deliver the goods to customers; 2)协助领导完成员工招聘、入职,缴纳医社保等手续办理; Assist the leader to do the staff recruitment, on-boarding, pay medical and social security,etc; 3)负责日常办公用品采购、保证日常所需物资的充足(如水、纸、设备、耗材等)及费用结算; Responsible for the daily office supplies procurement, ensure the sufficient daily supplies( such as water, paper,equipment, consumables, etc.) and expense settlement; 4)协助领导处理日常行政工作; Assist the leader to handle the daily administrative work.
