- Proven experience in operations management within the food production industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP guidelines).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
