Company :

• Ensure that parts are issued on properly authorized documents and PIC documentation procedures are adhered to
• Process all discrepancy /damaged items received for claims and ensure all claim received
• Check and count listing and weekly inventory count
• Investigate and if required, carry out necessary adjustment to stock following above
• Check on backorder items which exceed the normal time period of delivery from source and initiate remedial action
• Coordinate with service department on expected arrival time for urgent service jobs
• Follow up non computerized parts delivery to ensure items are invoiced by accounting department
• Review daily parts return report and process returns to principal within the required period
• Check and decide the acceptance for parts return by customers and service department on quality of parts and validity of reason
• Carry out all other duties associated with parts inventory
