  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

    5. Supervising, training, and controlling PABX engineers.
  3. Technical Support and Documentation:
    1. Assisting engineers in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PABX equipment.
    2. Attending site installation works and coordinating team onsite.
    3. Providing technical support to internal and external customers related to PABX systems.
    4. Developing and maintaining helpdesk standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation.
  4. Client Relations and Pre-Sales:
    1. Assisting with Pre-Sales works and proposals related to PABX systems.
    2. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients regarding PABX solutions.
    3. Liaising with product/service developers to gain in-depth knowledge for customer relation purposes in the context of PABX systems.
