Role Description

Primary Role:

  1. To attend to all calls and emails directed to IT Helpdesk.
  2. To provide 1st level support to all requests.
  3. To raise service/incident tickets in company ticketing system.
  4. To assist Supervisor or Section Lead in relevant reporting data compilation as and when needed.

Secondary Role:

  1. To assist end-user-computing team as and when needed.
  2. To assist in projects related to service management as and when needed.

Qualifications

Years of Relevant Experience:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support or similar field.

Education Qualification(s):

  • Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science related study field.

Mandatory Skill:

  • Basic IT technical knowledge relevant to the IT Helpdesk Support role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player.

Language Proficiency:

  • English.
  • Malay.
  • Chinese (useful but not mandatory)

Value-added Skill:

  • Stock-broking or investment banking IT support domain knowledge.
  • Relevant certification such as ITIL or SCCM.
