This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Executive at Alto Cloud at Menara The Stride, Bukit Bintang City Centre. As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as new business development, lead generation, customer relationship & account management. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to drive sales growth and establish strong relationships with clients. Job Description:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and provide consultants to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track and record sales activities to ensure achieving monthly KPI.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
    • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
    • Experience and knowledge in IT, particularly Cloud Solutions & Data Centre is advantageous but not mandatory
    • Proficiency in mandarin is required as we work closely with Tencent
    • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
    • Experience in customer account management
    • Experience in the technology industry
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
