As an Senior Sales Development Executive,

You will be responsible for incoming lead validation, outbound sales and sales operations support in the Singapore and Malaysia markets. Your main goal will be to source new sales opportunities through lead generation, follow-up emails & calls to increase our client base and subsequently generating revenue for the organization.

Your responsibilities will include,

• Support and execute Sales Strategy to maximize new client acquisition by consistently generating meetings with valid and viable incoming leads and outbound prospects.

• Lead Validation:

o Qualify incoming leads by conducting discovery calls. Gather and record relevant information in CRM

o Set up meeting for Sales Managers with leads and share relevant pitch books to educate lead before meetings

o Maintain and update relevant email templates by product or industry for efficient communication

o Accurately gauge preliminary product fit to client requirements and brief Sales Managers

• Outbound Sales:

o Design and execute outbound sales campaigns in key client segments

o Prepare effective messages and automated sequences for email and LinkedIn to convert cold prospects to have introductory meetings

o Call leads following targeted calling scripts to introduce Rewardz and validate interest

• Sales Operations:

o Collaborate internally with Tech and Product teams in Rewardz to setup demos for client meetings based on client requirements

o Support in RFP submissions, updating pitch books, vendor onboarding documentation etc

o Maintain demo accounts across all products for with relevant content for user, admin and analytics

• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to enable effective pitch to potential clients

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to align sales efforts

• Timely and accurate update of all relevant sales activities on HubSpot

Core technical skills for this role are,

• Experience of in person and virtual selling into HR or Marketing functions to HODs, CXO in APAC region

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools like HubSpot and any tools relevant for selling (e.g. lead databases, meeting recording plug ins, videos for screen recordings etc)

• Exceptional proficiency in using online meeting tools like Zoom, MS Teams to provide sales demos in an engaging manner

• Successful track record of building relationships and closing deals through a well- structured outbound sales process

• Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders

• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

• Impeccable grasp of the English language including excellent written and verbal skills. Confident tone of voice to engage buyers over the phone
