Job title: Regional HR Manager, HRBP -SEA

Esco is actively searching for a dynamic professional to join our team as a HRBP based in Malaysia. This pivotal role plays a key part in shaping Esco's success by actively participating in the development and enhancement of vital processes and procedures within our global organization. We are looking for a versatile individual who is not only eager to contribute significantly to our organization but is also poised to elevate their career to new heights.

Report to: Global VP, HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business leaders in in SEA region to figure out the org. and HR issues and provide proper HR solutions with the support from global HR COE and SSC team. Support the business development and the achievement of business target.

• Work closely with business leaders to do workforce planning and propose different org. setup. Propose and manage org. effective actions.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding, collaborating with management and line managers based on a defined global TA process.

• Manage the company's appraisal system, conducting meetings and monitoring employee performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, overseeing disciplinary processes and formal grievances.

• Build up a mechanism through day to day communication, interaction to get a pulse of the organization. Build trusty worthy relationship with employees and be a main contact person for employee when they encounter topics other than polices, processes.

• Assess training needs and design/implement training programs accordingly. Ensure global training or development programs are properly implemented on site.

• Review and propose pay structures and employee benefits in alignment with global policies.

• Establish and develop HR admin procedures, policies, and documentation for streamlined workflow.

• Collaborate with the Senior Management team to set individual team member objectives contributing to business growth.

• Attend, organize, and participate in global HR alignment meetings as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years experience in HR, and 5 years HRBP experience with solid leadership from MNC.

• Proven HR experience with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development, incentive plans.

• Strong understanding of employment regulations and best HR practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
