POSITION SUMMARY:

Our company is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in selling to System Integrators (SI). The successful candidate will leverage their existing relationships within the SI community to drive sales and grow our business in the region. Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication is highly desired for this role.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the SI sector, including NCS, Accenture, and Infosys.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by selling the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the market.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to clients as needed.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring terms are favorable to our company.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the post-sales team to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, including updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to account maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT or related industry, with a focus on SIs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in the SI sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in selling enterprise software solutions or IT services in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the SI market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian business landscape and regulatory environment.
