Job Summary: Assist the Company Secretarial Manager and Head of Group Company Secretary with corporate secretarial tasks, ensuring effective communication with clients, regulatory authorities, and external parties.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in doing company secretarial with any Public Listing Company(PLC)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide corporate secretarial support.
- Experience in liaising with clients and authorities such as Companies Commission of Malaysia and Securities Commission.
- Capable of attending and preparing for Board meetings, Committee meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Knowledge of company law, compliance requirements, and corporate governance
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Relevant certification or qualification in Company Secretarial practice
