- Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers.
- To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard.
- Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day operation including set up and closing.
- Input orders into a POS system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
- Understand, follow and practice adherence to company policies, workplace safety standards, First In-First Out (FIFO) stock rotation, follows and promotes Food Safety practices, cleanliness and sanitation, and good housekeeping practices.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
- Candidate must at least possess primary/secondary/O-Level any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field is required.
- Completed Basic Food .Hygiene course
- Neat and well groomed.
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
- Able to work staggered hours/ shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday.
