Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across the company. You will collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to developing the employer brand in Malaysia's competitive job market.

Key Responsibilities:


Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Develop job descriptions and job specifications for open positions.
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms).
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage job offers and negotiation processes.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Stay updated on Malaysia’s employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in hiring practices.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Malaysia's labor laws and recruitment trends.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:


Knowledge of recruitment analytics and metrics.
Experience with employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
