About the role:
Leading the expansion and business setup of Mamee Double Decker’s operation in ASEAN regions, focusing Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam through collaborative distributor management and in-depth key account management.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of full P&L structure, driving sales revenue target and ensuring healthy bottom-line profitability.
- Building winning relationships customer via co-creation Joint Business Plan and top-to-top stakeholders’ alignment.
- Build effective team, developing direct and in-direct reports, and facilitate cross-function support team collaboration.
- Monitor the performance of the current customers and find creative solutions to improve performance in the region.
- Continuous identify white space opportunity in both retail and non-retail segment.
- Working towards building best-in-class seeding project, developing sustainable business model with positive social impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years working experience in export department, preferably in FMCG.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, integration and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build a strong culture of teamwork and align departmental goals to the Company’s strategic objectives.
- Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Confident and result oriented, and able to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office operations.
- Able to travel whenever necessary.
