  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Duties

  • Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with relevant project teams to review project information against contract requirements
  • Update monthly project progress data on an on-going basis
  • Provide accurate inputs to supervisor for preparation of monthly progress claims to the client;
  • Create draft claims document
  • Produce and maintain month-end cost-to-date and forecast costs for sub-contractors
  • Highlight deviations from plan to supervisor for subsequent action planning and corrective action

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveyor
  • 2 to 5 years for experience in quantity surveying
  • Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
  • Planning & time management skills
