- Oversee all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients
- Recognizes and documents revenue generation, growth and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolio and other sources.
- Reviews risk analyses from junior Brokers and develops and presents innovative solutions and approaches for client needs
- Advises clients on moderately complex risks and negotiates transactions.
- Collaborates with small to medium teams of experienced professionals to service moderately complex accounts
- Actively Participate in Business Development initiatives organized by the team
- Trains new employees and monitors workflow to ensure the group runs smoothly.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients
- Keep abreast of all new technical and product developments to better advise professional colleagues and clients.
- A degree holder from any field
- 5-10 years of experience in account Management within the Insurance industry
- Experience managing a small team will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge in Employee Benefits Insurance
- Outgoing and independent in nature
- Solid experience in Employee Benefit or General Insurance client servicing
- Have excellent communication skills with the drive to expand your knowledge
