- Responsible for day to day operations for productions as well as involvement in menu development.
- To assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- To assist during service for timing and progress of all dishes in high quality manner.
- To ensure the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company.
- To be fully conversant with the menu and to be adaptable with continual changes to ensure that the menu is kept in line with customer demands and Company policies.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily task.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitization in all kitchen and serving area.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Display enthusiasm, passion and dedication for the art of cooking and hospitality.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Basic Knowledge in kitchen and F&B related is preferred.
- Basic English will be an advantage.
- Able to work extra hours and Public Holidays.
